P G studies Coordinator-SAL CASS SAL Modern Languages Educational Research Dr Joseph Appolinary Rusanganwa is a senior lecturer at the School of Arts and Languages, UR, and a PhD holder in Educational Sciences from Linköping University, Sweden. His specialisation is Learning Sciences through languages and ICT. He has done a number of publications especially in Higher Education, Linguistics and Educational technology.
