 To ensure college financial procedures are efficient, meet Government requirements, and are understood and implemented across all the institutional structures.
 To undertake ad hoc financial analysis from time to time, to assist the Campus Management in taking management decisions.
 Facilitate timely submission of all required financial reports to UR HQ as per the budget organic law
 Facilitate Implement the auditor general recommendations in the area of financial management
