CASS CLE CLE Language Education &Business "Mr. Nshimiyimana Philemon is Assistant Lecturer in the Centre for Language Enhancement, College of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Rwanda. His teaching tasks mainly relate to English for Specific Purposes, English for Academic Purposes, Research Methods (theory and SPSS as a practical component) Global/Borderless Business, Production & Operations Management as well as Principles of Management.

Philemon is Ph.D. student in Management at UR-CBE. He holds an Msc in Social and Educational Research Methods from Kigali Institute of Education (2009), an MBA in Global Business from University of Rwanda (2014) and a B.Ed in French- English from National University of Rwanda (2006). Philemon is a language researcher and social scientist whose research interest is in Child and Adult language Acquisition, police and Workplace Language as well as Cottage Industries and Wealth Creation with much focus on Indigenous knowledge.
