Charles Mulinda Kabwete

Dean CASS School of Governance, Development and Society History and Heritage Studies History, Museum Studies, Reconciliation, Genocide Studies, Memorialization Charles Mulinda Kabwete is Associate Professor at the University of Rwanda and Dean of the School of Governance, Development and Society. His PhD is on the History of genocide against Tutsi in two communes. He also studied courses and did internship programmes in Belgium, USA and France. He also completed a postdoctoral research programme at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
