is Assistant Lecturer at University of
Rwanda, College of Arts and Social Sciences,
School of Governance, Development and Society and Coordinator of Musanze Campus/HoD PPS.
He is currently a PhD student at University
of Rwanda, Department of Development Studies. His PhD research is on Rural Development. He holds an M.A. in Development Studies from former National University of Rwanda, and an M.A. in Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. He also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from University
of Rwanda, College of Education. His first
publication was on Tourism Development.
